Our aim at the New Seabank Care Home is to ensure quality care for our residents at all times.
Seabank is a new state of the art Care Home. Opened in May 2011, the accommodation is second to none.
Our philosophy gives priority to the planning of individual care and treatment, with respect, dignity, privacy, courtesy, understanding and confidentiality in all matters at all times. The rights of residents are outlined in the Patients Charter as displayed in the main reception. A copy is always available. Our staff have a responsibility to comply with Health and Safety regulations which govern the running of care homes.
In conjunction with their care plans, all Clients have the opportunity to maintain existing levels of independence, with the support and help of the highly skilled staff at Seabank. We operate an individual nursing assessment for all our Clients including the care of older people with dementia.
Our aim is to evaluate new and encourage old, pastimes and hobbies, in addition to planning interesting activities and outings.
We believe that you have the right to make decisions about your life and care in the Home.

Our Home meets with all relevant legislation and guidance relating to Health & Safety and Risk Management.
Staff will develop with you a Personal Plan that details all your needs and preferences. We consider each resident to be a unique individual. Our aim is to help residents to understand their illness and to help them to retain their independence and self esteem as far as possible.
We ensure that our Care Home has a caring environment with a homely atmosphere whilst always maintaining the dignity and privacy of each and every resident.
Good quality support and care will be provided by qualified and experienced staff, which have the knowledge and skills gained from experience of working with people whose needs are similar to yours.
